A dynamic work for trumpet, scat singing and piano, featuring extended vocal techniques, vocal percussion and an extra part for mouth harp. This 15 minute piece, in three movements explores dance-like rhythmic intensity, rich harmonic color of the music from South America and a beautiful, longing intermezzo-esque movement for piano and trumpet.
